York has many tourist attractions including historic sights such as York Minster, the Bar Walls, Cliffords Tower as well as Museums. There are river trips and snickleway walks around the town where you will find many of the very good restaurants, wine bars and pubs to relax in before your next venture.

If shopping is your pleasure then York has a lot to offer, not only in the town itself, but also at the Designer Outlet Shopping centre just outside the town.

There are many special events throughout the year such as the Viking festival, and the famous York Races has a calendar of events.

Scarborough and the East coast are within easy reach as well as the North Yorkshire Moors.

Time spent away from the daily cares and routine. We have always enjoyed family holidays, but sometimes found the increased cost at school holiday times and bank holidays very restrictive. So a location where everything is provided including the bed linen, pillows, towels, tea towels, electricity and hot water, with no hidden cost must make the decision to have a break easier.

This is why we have 2 fixed prices.
A high season and a low season.
No school holiday additions or heating charges when cold.

TARIFF 2015/2016

High Season. April - September (Saturday - Saturday)
2015/2016 High Season tariff will be £430.00 per week
Low Season. October - March (Saturday - Saturday) 350.00 per week.

(Full amount for late bookings, 42 days before holiday date or less, and for all short winter breaks). The balance is payable 42 days before date of holiday.
